New Zealand

Unframed prints, NZD $7 flat rate.
Framed prints, NZD $10 per 2 framed prints.

If you have both framed and unframed prints in your order, you only pay the shipping for the framed prints in your order. 

Delivery time for all New Zealand orders is approximately 2 to 5 working days. This does not include any time for processing your order. Orders are delivered Monday to Friday by courier. This is a signature-required service, so if you are not there, a 'card to call' will be left for you. Please note: We cannot ship to a PO Box address.

Please add a note in the gift message area if you don't want a signature-required service. If you choose this option your order is not insured if lost.

 

International

Australia with tracking and insurance: NZD $25.00 flat rate.
5–10 days to major cities.

Rest of the world, via standard mail without tracking and insurance: NZD $35 flat rate. 
10–21days to major cities.

Rest of the world, via courier with tracking and insurance: NZD $55 flat rate. 
10–21 days to major cities. 

Please note: International shipping is only available for unframed prints. We are unable to ship framed prints internationally at this time, due to all frames being glazed with glass. Framing is only available for New Zealand delivery. 

All Australian orders are sent with tracking/insurance. For all other countries there is the option of either Standard Mail without tracking/insurance or Courier with tracking/insurance.

Allow up to three weeks to receive your international order from the time of order. Please continue to track your item and make sure you are aware of any contact by the courier service to arrange your delivery. If you have not received your order after two weeks from when your order was shipped, please contact us immediately, so that we can follow this up for you with our courier company and help to resolve any issues.

 

Customs taxes and import duties on international orders

Any additional taxes or customs duties that are incurred within the recipient's country are the responsibility of the buyer/recipient. Delivery outside major cities; or if you are required to pay duty; or your item is held in customs — may take longer that estimated delivery target. The delivery time frames listed are only a guide.

 

What happens if my print is lost or damaged during shipping?

Lost or damaged orders are replaced for free. Please contact us within 5 days of receiving your order and read our Returns Policy here. This is void if you choose a non-signature required service.
