Damage or breakage during shipping
Despite our very best efforts to prevent it, if an item is damaged during shipping it is important that you keep all of the original packaging and let us know immediately.
Lost or damaged orders are replaced for free. Please contact email@example.com within 5 days of receiving a damaged item. This is void if you choose a non-signature required service.
No returns on made-to-order items
Please note, there are no returns on made-to-order products eg. art prints. Unless the return is a result of our error or damage in shipping, we do not credit original or return shipping costs. All sale items are Final Sale and are not eligible for exchange or return.
